Carrigan was fortunate to have Rob Surette visit us today for an assembly. Rob is a famous speed painter and motivational speaker whose message of believing in yourself and the power that you can make a difference will hopefully be carried within our students, throughout their lives.

Carrigan was lucky to have a few special guest readers visit for Read Across America Week! Judge Sharon Skyers visited Mr. Funaro's class to read ‘Turning Pages’ by Sonia Sotomayo, a story about a Supreme Court Justice who was inspired to reach her dreams through her love of books and reading! Judge Skyers also talked to the students about her exciting days as a judge. Students in Mrs. Blake's art class also had a visit from student-athletes from the WHSHA girls' hockey team. The players read Dr. Suess', ‘There's a Wocket in My Pocket!’, and designed their very own Wocket in their pocket!
