Carrigan Band Registration Forms/Instrument Rental Forms for 5th Grade Band, 6th Grade Beginner Band, and 6th Grade Advanced Band will be due on Friday, September 13th.
All 5th and 6th grade students will attend an informational assembly and receive a hard copy of the forms below in their first general music class of the year.
*Forms will also be translated and available in Arabic, French, Pashto, Spanish, Urdu, and Wolof, as well as any other languages our families may need.
