Mrs. Stratton

Welcome to Mrs. Stratton's Class Website!!

Hi! I am Mrs. Stratton, your 6th Grade teacher this year! :)
Our classroom is Room B216!

This is our Cluster, Cluster C! I'm in the middle, wearing the black sweater. :)

I am so excited to be a 6th Grade Teacher at Carrigan School!

If you want to contact me, my e-mail is Tracy.Stratton@whschools.org,
and the school phone number is (203) 937-4390. I use a program called Remind as well, so you can "text" me during school hours and I can "text" you back.  My remind code is @ELAMissB

If you are in a hurry to get in contact with me, e-mail or Remind are the quickest ways to do so, because I can check those from the classroom, but again, depending on our schedule for the day, I may not respond until the end of the day.  Thank you for your patience while I'm teaching your little guys!

About Miss Barletta:

This is my sixth full year teaching.  I have taught Fifth Grade here at Carrigan for the past 2 years, and previous to that, First and Third Grade at Forest School in West Haven.  I taught Summer Reading Camp and Kindergarten Summer School at Savin Rock.  I am the Choreographer and Assistant Director for Carrigan's Drama Club, and help run the Summer Drama Camp every year! :) I received my Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University where I also minored in theatre, so I love to use the arts in the classroom – chances are your kids will hear me singing, or using character voices daily! This past December I received my Sixth Year Degree in Educational Leadership, which was a lot of work, but definitely worth it! :)

My favorite place in the world is Walt Disney World!
My students can tell you I've been there way too many times!  :)

Be sure to check out our other classroom pages as well!!
