How the Far From Bleak, Come to Be

It all starts when the cocoa beans arrive, then a very long process takes place.....

  1. At the factory the beans are first separated by different imports due to unique flavors.
  2. Next the groups are carefully roasted and shattered to separate shells from the middle.
  3. Then it is milled to liquid and is extracted of cocoa butter to be reused later
  4. Meanwhile a machine combines milk and sugar which is then added and mixed to liquid chocolate
  5. Later it is dried to remove excess moisture and the cocoa butter is added back in
  6. Next the chocolate is ground for several hours to become smoothed.
  7. Finally the chocolate paste is put in molds with additional ingredients for a specific bar and is hardened.
